Our PVC factory was built in 2022 with new production machines and mature technology, building area is more than 30, 000 square meters, there are 5 units full process automatic production lines of advanced technology for water basic PVC synthetic leather. There are 5 sets of Coating laminating production lines in Workshop have, 10 sets of PVC foaming production lines, and 10 sets of Fabric surface processing lines. Whole factory production capacity was more than 4.5 millions meters per month. In 2023, our Annual output reached to 400 millions RMB

We have our own laboratory to test the Folding resistance, wear resistance, gram weight, tensile strength, etc. PVC synthetic leather produced by our factory are with various color and pattern design, super soft and elastic, easy to clean and maintain. Our factory is using high technology manufacturing process and advanced raw materials, so our product-synthetic leather have advantage of good color fastness, high strip strength and stretch-proof, light and yellowing resistance, durable, anti-abrasion & anti-scratch, anti-bacteria and fungus, anti-acid & alkali and anti-hydrolysis, waterproof & flame retardant and cold-resistance, product material are ecological & environmental-friendly.
